Dragon Noodle 龍鬚麵 Golden Triangle 2 in Penang

"One of our favourite restaurants for delicious meals, any time, any day. For this visit, we tried their Signature Southern Series, Signature Pickled Mustard Fish. With 2 fish variations, Basa Fish or Snakehead Fish. Having had the former many times over, it was time to ditch safety and try the Snakehead Fish. With normal numbness, it was easy to be comforted with the delectable soupy goodness and really taste the sweetness of the Fish. Eat it with white rice, delicious!!! We also ordered the Fried Goutie, dumpling that has been fried to crispy perfection. A perfect balance to the overall meal. Definitely the place to satisfy your cravings, and they have lots of choices to suit the palate!"

"The set meal dishes were just as satisfying, which came with soup and kimchi. The chicken was tender and juicy. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick even though the place was busy. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions you get. Definitely a hidden gem for noodle and rice lovers—I’ll be back soon!"

"We like mala xiang guo, it tase good. Hor kar sai is good here compare to other place. Their new signature pickled mustard fish (tilapia fillet) is good also good."

"Our first try amongst other restaurants at Golden Triangle 2 ground floor. Parking was easy at the paid basement car park. The restaurant had not been packed by office staff yet. We ordered the Milky Collagen Broth bee hoon with siakap fish, the signature noodle & Thai sauce Siakap fish, the signature noodle & stir fry Chinese plum sauce chicken, and a plate of Tiger Prawn roll. The Collagen Broth was sweet & tasty. Both the noodle dishes were cooked "perfect", not over nor under. Lived up to the signature name. My brother loved the prawn rolls as a snack similar to a dimsum dish. We enjoyed our lunch gathering. Thanks to the chef and staff."

"This is our first attempt eating at Dragon Noodle. Prior, the place were crowded and often the queue was long. Even today, when we placed our orders, it indicated that we have to wait for 30minutes odd. For a simple noodle store that require to wait for that long, I honestly don't think it's worth waiting. Anyway, our food arrived early, my signature MSK. It was a little too salty for me, maybe it's because I have been cutting salt. My wife hot and spicy MSK was just nice. Portion was huge, for the price you paid. Will try again next time, when there is not many people or the kitchen have to be able to serve faster."

"A great dining spot offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The quality and flavor of each dish make it worth the visit. Do note that it can get quite crowded during lunch and dinner hours, a clear sign of its popularity—so it’s best to come early or make a reservation if possible."
